What the hell is wrong? I’m doing everything right: I’ve been watching Modern Family all day, and consequently laughing all day, I’ve been eating great food since my mom is back in town and all, the weather is lovely, there’s nothing too pressing to be done…
And then it hit me: I’ve been lying in bed all day, without you.
It’s funny how people can get so attached to things without even noticing: like how beautiful it feels to feel the pillow curve a little because your head is next to mine; like how wonderful it is that the deafening silence is broken every now and then by the sound of you, breathing.
I hate it when you’re far away. I really do.
